Candidate Requirements

1. Four-year degree in a turf or horticulture related major preferred
2. Minimum of five years of course management experience at the level of Assistant Superintendent or higher
3. Poa / Kikuyu management experience
4. Qualified Applicator Certificate or License
5. Salt management experience
6. Strong irrigation management skills
7. Focused leadership qualities resulting in high employee satisfaction and retention
8. Must be diplomatic and adaptable
9. History of strong relations with Director of Golf and General Manager
10. History of improving properties
11. Spanish speaking a plus

Salary Range & Benefits

1. $130,000 to $160,000
2. Annual bonus eligibility, based on performance
3. Medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid vacation, association dues paid, travel and expenses paid to attend GIS
4. Vehicle and gas provided
